This blog is for everybody who was involved in the project or would like to share news on intercultural youth activities involving arts and creativity. Everybody’s Song was an international youth project in five South East European countries (12/2006-08/2008) funded by the European Commission (Youth) and the European Cultural Foundation. Its aim was to reflect on the role of music in intercultural understanding and to identify ways to utilise it in youth work.

Best practice for creativity and innovation
"Everybody’s Song“ has been chosen to participate in the conference and exhibition "Creativity and Innovation – best practice from EU programmes" to take place in Brussels from 2 to 3 March 2009. From the 200 projects invited to compete to take part, our project was selected by a panel of 10 independent experts as an example of best practice in the field of creativity and innovation.

What a wonderful project!
I just watched "Whose is this song?", after it was recommended to me by Bulgarian friends while I was in Sofia last summer. Wonderful and inspiring!
I am searching to see if I can find the actual lyrics (in the original languages if possible) to as many versions of that song as possible. I have only just begun looking at this site, so if they are here I expect I will find them. If they are not, and you have any knowledge of them, could you point me in the right direction to look?
Thanks,
Mark
Dear Mark,
thank you very much for your interest in our project and for the nice feedback. I have just posted the lyrics in some languages on this blog. If you manage to find the lyrics in other languages such as Albanian, Arabic or Hebrew or translations into English please feel free to share them on this blog with us and other people who might be interested.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Reinhard
